It's been awhile!!

Holy Cow, it's been several months since I've updated....Let's see....April was a fantastic month!! Mishawaka, IN Turbo Kick certification, IDEA Fitness Conference in Chicago, and Powder Blue Presenter Camp in Laguna Beach, CA....May brought the Indy 500 mini-marathon and of course, the race, which we attended for the first time!! So far, June has brought fantastic weather, my girls home for the summer, and an awesome Turbo Kick cert here in Indianapolis....

Get a trainer!!

Okay, folks, I have to share with you the best investment I have ever made in myself....a personal trainer! My trainer, Ray, is fantastic!! Ray is at Lifetime Fitness in Indy also and works with me 3 times a week. As a group ex instructor, it is such a treat to have someone else tell you what to do, but more importantly, push you harder than you would push yourself!! Working with Ray has increased my strength and flexibility. It has also really helped with some nagging injuries I've had. I highly encourage anyone to get a personal trainer...and if you need motivation, take a look at this picture!

It's pretty obvious the guy knows what he's talking about!!! Love ya, Ray!!

Libertyville and Naperville - you ROCKED!!

Two fantastic certifications this past weekend....Libertyville Sports Complex hosted a Turbo Kick Certification and XSport Naperville hosted a PiYo Certification....both were filled with FUN, fantastic, positive, energetic, awesome folks......so wonderful to share your passion with others who are equally as passionate about group fitness.....

Posted one of my favorite recent pictures of the girls....This was taken during the Colts win over the New England Patriots as the Colts were making their way to the SUPER BOWL!! I took this pic at our favorite place here in Indy, Scotty's Brewhouse....Scotty posted this picture on his website www.scottysbrewhouse.com, so I thought I would return the favor and give him a shout out!! The girls really enjoyed cheering on the Colts all season, along with our Butler Bulldogs!! It was so exciting when the team won the Super Bowl, and even more exciting when they brought that trophy back home to the big rally at the RCA Dome!! Our Butler basketball team just keeps winning also and we've made it to most of their home games, the girls dressed in their Butler tee shirts!

Hello!! Here we are, my girls and I, where we are every Saturday in the fall....at a football game!! Gearing up for Homecoming this weekend when the Butler Bulldogs take on Valparaiso...keep your fingers crossed for us! Go B.U!!!

Getting ready for the TURBOKICK certification on October 28th in Aurora, IL at the Vaughan Athletic Center! So excited about it...We always have such amazing folks at the certification, and then even more amazing folks at the round workshops!! The round workshops are always SUCH a Turbo party!!! Really looking forward to it! There is still time to register if you want to become Turbokick-certified!! It would be a fantastic time to do it....get going just before the first of year.....you know, the time when everyone makes their New Year's Resolutions and the clubs are PACKED!!! Get certified to teach Turbokick and BE READY for them!!
